Ann Potter focuses her work on business litigation, complex class actions, mass torts, and appeals. She brings years of experience supporting matters at both the state and federal levels, including matters before the Joint Panel on Multidistrict Litigation and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ann prioritizes client service and collaborative engagement to deliver cost-effective support to her attorney teams in every phase of litigation. She is skilled with e-discovery platforms, social media collections, legal research, SQL-driven case management databases, HIPAA compliant medical and insurance records acquisition, and MDL settlement claims processes. She also has vast experience providing critical support in the preparation of appellate pleadings, briefing, motions, and appendices.

Ann graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota with a dual Baccalaureate Degree in History and Political Science in 2010. She completed a Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Rasmussen University in 2014. Ann was recognized as an “Unsung Legal Hero” by Minnesota Lawyer in 2021.
