Amy brings over thirty years of experience, assisting legal teams in all aspects of complex civil and intellectual property litigation. She knows the litigation process and can readily anticipate the needs of both attorneys and clients alike, making her effective, efficient, and an invaluable member of any case team. She manages cases from inception through the appellate process, and assists with fact and expert depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, arbitrations and the appeal. Amy plays a crucial role in assisting attorneys through all phases of discovery, including collection, custodian interviews, and document review and production. Amy’s extensive trial experience extends to both state and federal court cases.
Amy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and a Paralegal Certificate from Inver Hills Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and photography.
